Appointment Policies

Your appointments are essential to me, and I appreciate your business. Please be advised of my policies so that I may best serve all my clients and staff.

Arrival Time:

Please aim to arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Out of respect for all of my clients, guests arriving after a scheduled appointment may be asked to reschedule their appointment if it is not possible to finish the service in the allotted time.

If your service is shortened due to late arrival, you will still be charged the full-service cost.

Rescheduling Appointments and Cancellations:

I require a minimum of 1 hour's notice to reschedule or cancel a booked appointment. Cancellations on short notice prohibit other clients from being able to fill that time slot. Cancellations made with less than a 2-hour notice will be subject to a Cancellation Fee. If you cancel your appointment last minute, i.e., give less than three hours of notice) you will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.

Cancellation Fee:

The Cancellation Fee is 100% of the booked service. If the fee goes unpaid, no future appointments will be booked. No-shows may not be rescheduled.
